Let's talk about the common pros:

πŸ‘ No need to commute to your office. Balancing your time to spend with your family.
πŸ‘ Individuals who work better alone without supervisions. Focus in your tasks.
πŸ‘ You can play with your pets and no office politics.
πŸ‘ Most people find it more productive and more time with family.
πŸ‘ More rest time easier to organise your personal schedule.

And Cons:

πŸ‘Ž Working parents with young children will experience distractions😫!
πŸ‘Ž Apart from kids, there is a bunch of other distractions.
πŸ‘Ž Lack of difference in culture and community.
πŸ‘Ž Lack of routine and sense of insecurity.
πŸ‘Ž Distance from your team and co-worker may reduce productivities.

Can good feng shui help?

Balancing is the key to reduce the negative effects of work from home. If a person is away from their normal work pattern, some will feel insecure. Keeping a routine such as setting a regular work schedule. You can try this 5 simple recommendation:
  • Find a quiet spot in your home and set your working desk with bright lighting, preferably natural lighting when you are near the window.
  • Unclutter your desk; mentally you don't feel loaded with a clean desk.
  • Put a green plant (no cactus or spiky plants) on or near your desk. Plants can absorb negative energies.
  • Cover your seat (backrest) with a brown or grey colour business jacket. This creates an office-like environment to keep your focus and security.
  • Set a time to perform a light workout so your work from home doesn't become too bored.
I hope this will help you get through this interesting time.
